Two-pass HEPA post-construction and post-renovation cleaning across the GTA. Drywall dust, sanding residue, paint spots and debris removed.
What this service is
Construction dust is not ordinary dust. It is fine, it travels, and it settles again hours after the first pass. That is why renovation cleanup is done in two passes with HEPA filtration — one to pull the bulk of the residue out, a second once the air has settled.

What's included
- First-pass removal of drywall dust, sanding residue and debris
- Second detail pass once airborne dust has settled
- HEPA vacuuming of floors, walls, ledges, vents and closets
- Paint spots, adhesive residue and sticker removal from glass and fixtures
- Fixtures, trim, doors and hardware wiped down
- Interior glass, sills and tracks detailed; floors washed
What's not included
- Hauling away construction materials or heavy debris bins
- Duct cleaning inside the HVAC system
- Any trade work, sealing, painting or repairs
How to prepare
- All trades should be finished before the final pass
- Leave floor protection down until we arrive
- Confirm elevator, parking and disposal access for condo units
Post-Construction Cleaning FAQ
Why does post-construction cleaning cost more than a deep clean?
Fine dust needs multiple passes, HEPA filtration and far more labour hours than surface cleaning.
Do you clean during the project or only at the end?
Both. Some clients book a rough clean mid-project and a final detail clean at handover.
Can you work directly with my contractor?
Yes. We coordinate scheduling with the contractor or site lead so the final pass happens after the trades finish.
