What this service is
A deep clean is the reset a home needs when standard visits are no longer enough — a first-time clean, a seasonal refresh, or a space that has been busy for a while. It covers everything in a standard clean plus the detail work most visits skip.

- Everything in a standard clean
- Baseboards, door frames, switch plates and handles
- Vent and register faces, light fixtures within reach
- Inside the microwave and oven, behind and under movable appliances
- Detailed grout and tile scrub in kitchen and bathrooms
- Cabinet fronts degreased, interior glass and mirrors polished
What's not included
- Drywall dust and construction residue — that is post-construction cleaning
- Exterior windows, gutters or pressure washing
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances that are plumbed or bolted in
How to prepare
- Clear counters and floors of items you would rather we not move
- Point out any delicate finishes, stone or antiques
- Allow extra time — a deep clean takes noticeably longer than a standard visit

How often should a home get a deep clean?
Most homes benefit from one or two deep cleans a year, with standard visits in between.
Can a deep clean be my first booking and then switch to recurring?
Yes, and that is the most common path. Start with a deep clean, then keep it that way on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule at the standard rate.
Will you clean inside cabinets and closets?
Interior cabinets and closets are available as an add-on for occupied homes, and are included by default on move-in/move-out cleans of empty units.
