Standard cleaning is the maintenance visit that keeps an already-cared-for home in shape. Our cleaners work from a fixed room-by-room checklist, so the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas get the same attention on every visit — not whatever fits in an hourly window.

- Floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped throughout
- Beds made, trash and recycling taken out
What's not included
- Inside the oven and fridge (available as an add-on)
- Interior windows beyond reachable glass and mirrors
- Heavy build-up, hoarding conditions or post-renovation dust — book a deep or post-construction clean instead
How to prepare
- Pick up loose clothing, toys and paperwork so surfaces are reachable
- Load or empty the dishwasher if you want counters fully cleared

Standard Home Cleaning FAQ
How is standard cleaning different from a deep clean?
Standard cleaning maintains a home that is already in reasonable shape. A deep clean adds baseboards, vents, switch plates, grout detail and work behind and inside appliances.
Do you bring supplies and equipment?
Yes. The crew arrives with products, microfiber cloths and HEPA vacuums. Low-scent and pet-friendly products are available on request.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients arrange a key, lockbox or concierge access and simply come home to a finished space.
