Flat rate versus hourly
Hourly pricing rewards a slow crew and punishes you for a house that needs more work. Flat rate puts the estimating risk on us. You approve a number in writing before anyone starts.
What sets the base price
Three things: the type of clean, the number of rooms, and the square footage. A standard maintenance clean starts lowest. Deep cleans, move-out cleans and post-construction work carry a higher multiplier because they take significantly longer per room.

Recurring service is genuinely cheaper
A maintained home takes less time, so recurring visits cost less per visit. Weekly service earns the largest discount, bi-weekly the next, and monthly a smaller one, because a month of buildup is closer to a one-time clean.
