The right cleaning frequency comes down to foot traffic, whether the space has food and washrooms, and how much a client sees on the way in.

- Clinics and dental: daily, with logged disinfection
- Coworking and busy open-plan offices: daily or five nights a week
- Standard offices under 25 people: two to three nights a week
- Small studios and private practices: weekly, plus washrooms twice
- Retail: nightly floors, weekly detail
Signs you are under-cleaning
Kitchen complaints, a persistent smell in the washroom, visible traffic lanes in the carpet, and dust on monitor tops are all frequency problems rather than quality problems.
Split the schedule instead of raising it
Most offices do not need a full clean more often. They need high-touch surfaces, washrooms and the kitchen handled more frequently, with detail work rotating weekly or monthly. It is cheaper and it fixes the actual complaints.
